Jesse Weinberg

For over 16 years, Jesse Weinberg has been widely recognized as one of Los Angeles’ top real estate agents, specializing in the coveted Westside neighborhoods now known as Silicon Beach. Consistently ranked as a top agent nationwide, Jesse was twice ranked as the #1 producing agent at North America’s largest brokerage prior to founding his own team and brokerage, Jesse Weinberg & Associates, which was recently ranked as a top-25 team in the Nation and the #1 team in Silicon Beach.

Having sold and leased over 2,000 properties in the last decade and participating in nearly $2 Billion in residential real estate transactions, Jesse has earned a position at the forefront of LA’s real estate scene. Jesse attributes his success to his relentless work ethic and prodigious understanding of the real estate market and the broader economic conditions which drive value in our local neighborhoods. His knowledge, passion, discretion and integrity have been the undercurrents of his real estate business since getting his start in 2004.

An avid cyclist, when Jesse is not in the office, he will most often be seen on his bike traversing the City while taking in all that L.A. has to offer and fueling his passion for design and architecture by visiting our city’s new developments and distinguished homes.

After attending UCLA on a volleyball scholarship and graduating with a major in Sociology and a minor in Geography, Blake obtained his real estate license to be a part of a family owned real estate investment team. He joined Jesse Weinberg & Associates five years ago. As the team's buyers' agent, he leads all property showings, scheduling, follow-up with sellers and marketing. He is diligent in his research and up to date on all of the latest industry technology so when showing buyers property, he goes the extra mile to give them as many options as he possibly can.

Stephanie Brooker

Buying and selling properties in Southern California and Hawaii, Stephanie has been investing in real estate for a decade. Her passion for the process, and her desire to help clients learn from her personal experience, led her to make real estate her fulltime career. Stephanie takes pride in a client centered approach, valuing happy buyers and sellers above all else. Furthermore, she has a background in marketing and regulatory compliance which lends valuable perspective to her role as a listing agent. Stephanie considers herself a lifelong student and holds a juris doctorate from West Los Angeles School of Law, a bachelor’s degree from Hawaii Pacific University, and has taken several masters level courses in clinical psychology. She’s always looking for new things to learn, and is constantly expanding her knowledge about home renovation, design, and real estate portfolio management. Stephanie proudly services all of Los Angeles, but is raising her family in beautiful Playa Del Rey.

Being an assistant allowed her to learn every facet of the real estate transaction hands on which gave her the ability, confidence, and knowledge to start her own career mainly focused on buyers. Being born in Russia and moving to Los Angeles 8 years ago, Maria Nikitina knows how to adapt and thrive in an absolutely new environment. Maria’s hard work and dedication helped her graduate as the #1 student from USC’s Marshall School of Business in 2014. She started her career in real estate right after graduating. Maria brings her extensive experience in real estate development as well as property management to the Jesse Weinberg team.

With ten years’ experience in banking management and lending, and concurrent sales opportunities as well, Sandra is a disciplined people person who by nature and training gives her all for her clients. She has transferred her banker’s goal of working in the client’s best interest, to her real estate career doing the very same thing. Vicky enjoys seeing her clients happy! No task is too daunting, no goal is out of reach and all customers get quality service with a high level of integrity. Vicky Nissen attended Fordham Graduate Business School in New York City after graduating from Seton Hall University with a degree in Political Science. Prior to entering real estate, Vicky was a top sales person in the Corporate Security and IT worlds, having won President’s Club awards. In 2007 she maintained her own real estate appraisal company and taught appraisal classes at Kaplan Professional Schools to those preparing for the State Exam. In 2009, her first year at Keller Williams, she was named “Rookie of the Year”; in 2013, she was named one of Los Angeles Top Real Estate Agents by the LA Times. She authors books about real estate for agents and taught classes to agents at Keller Williams in Marina del Rey. Joni Hall
Before becoming a licensed California Realtor, Joni enjoyed a successful 18+ year career in advertising. She was a National Account Executive, implementing advertising campaigns across the country, utilizing a variety of media- including billboards, wallscapes, buses and bus stop shelters for well-known companies, such as McDonalds, FOX Network, Toyota and Paramount Pictures, Anaheim Angeles among others. A native to Southern California, Joni attended Saddleback College in Orange County, where she majored in Communications and earned her membership in the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Joni began her career in real estate in 2013. It was an exciting transition for her. She started with a small boutique in Los Angeles, perfecting her skills and knowledge. In 2014 she joined Keller Williams Marina/LA where she was awarded “Rookie of the Year” for her sales revenue, enthusiastic attitude, and dedication to buyers and sellers. She continued with Keller Williams Silicon Beach before joining Jesse Weinberg and Associates and is excited to be with a company where the core values of integrity and a higher level of service are the backbone. Stephanie Stern learned from an early age that life is about building beautiful foundations shaped by how we choose to respond to adversity, challenges and opportunities. This translated well to her career in Real Estate and Development where she began years ago as project manager for expanding and upgrading custom homes in California. This enables her to establish strong, diverse collaborative relationships, negotiate choice contracts for her clients and facilitate sustainable lifestyles.

Stephanie loves her career as it allows her to utilize her positive Can-Do Texas attitude, where she grew up working on a variety of countrified projects. Her degree in the Arts trained her to communicate with detailed precision in an entrepreneurial and challenging way while overcoming stresses such as city approvals, navigating home sales and acquisitions. Success, to her, is a three part process of visualization, hunger and inspiring herself and others. She humbly strives for balance with exercise, healthy eating, meditation, creative projects including an Amazon best selling real estate book and an award winning construction comedy. Chris O’Brien

Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Chris has worked as a real estate professional in both Manhattan (NY) and Los Angeles for more than eight years. After graduating from James Madison University and before discovering his passion for real estate, he worked as a musician, actor and writer in New York. Chris believes strongly that real estate is a profession that should be based on the valuable principles of trust and honesty. He prides himself on putting people first and working to ensure his clients’ needs are always met. “I believe my job is to listen to people and build lasting relationships. It’s always the best way to give my clients a positive experience.” His beyond satisfied customers have even been featured in The New York Times singing his praises. When not suited up engaging in real estate business and relationship building, Chris still enjoys writing, acting, and creating music.
